Beginners - 11am to 1pm
Windsurfing WA will provide parents and guardians with the chance to introduce their children into Windsurfing. Instructors will be on hand to assist with how to teach kids windsurfing
Advanced - 1pm to 3pm
Planning, Footstraps and Harness. WWA has a range of equipment that can be borrowed while transitioning from a beginners board to more advanced equipment.
Supervision
For all sessions to be successful, parents and guardians need to be in/on the water. At ALL TIMES you are responsible for your children.

Safety Equipment
Lifejackets must comply with state laws. All windsurfers shall wear while afloat, on the water or in the water a lifejacket securely fastened in a manner appropriate to the design of the device. Lifejackets shall comply with one of the following:
(a) Australian Standard AS4758-2015 or
(b) Australian Standard AS1499-1996 for PFD Type 2 or
(c) Australian Standard AS2260-1996 for PFD Type 3 or
(d) An equivalent or more stringent overseas standard And Shall be branded with the respective standard authority’s mark of approval.
Inflatable lifejackets shall not be used.
Lifejackets should be maintained and in good repair.
Membership
All sailors shall be a member of Windsurfing Western Australia.
